If you have more than one cartridge to be remanufactured, we recommend that you tape the boxes together to form one or more larger boxes.

Please let us know either by email, phone(804-239-4272) or fax (804-239-0744) that the cartridges are coming. We will in the near future have a form available on the Internet that can be filled out.

You will pay shipping to us and back unless your total order is over $200. If your order is over $200 we will pay shipping charges back to you within the U.S.A. via UPS ground. If your order is less than $200, please add $7 per cartridge for shipping charges. If you would like your cartridges shipped differently, please state this and we will just charge you the difference in the costs. We no longer ship COD.

We recommend that you tape an envelope to the outside of the box with any information that you want us to be aware of (example: payment information, shipping instructions or handling of your cartridges). Create a shipping instructions sheet using our form.

Your first order must be via credit card or Cashier’s Check unless otherwise specified by a CBD Toner Recharge representative. If you would like to apply for terms, please email us for more information. Since some cartridges may not be able to be recharged/remanufactured without replacing additional components (example: replacement of the drum), it is hard for us to give you a firm price. We will, however, make every attempt to let you know if the charges will be more than the anticipated amount.
